Project Manager Civil

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for civil construction projects (residential, commercial, infrastructure, etc.)
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues to avoid delays
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and local building codes
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
• Manage procurement and resource allocation
• Oversee contract negotiations and documentation
• Ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong relationships
