Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager (Civil) based in Rajasthan, India. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of civil infrastructure projects while ensuring safety standards, quality, and on-time delivery. Key responsibilities include project scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, monitoring project progress, conducting site visits, and ensuring compliance with all technical and regulatory standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders will be vital to the role's success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management and Construction Management practices
- In-depth knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and Infrastructure projects
- Experience in Budgeting and cost-control for infrastructure and construction projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Familiarity with compliance and safety standards in civil construction
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous experience in managing large-scale infrastructure or EPC projects
