Project Manager Civil

Project Lifecycle: Lead end-to-end civil execution, budgeting (BOQ), and site feasibility for new and renovated cafés nationwide.

Stakeholder Oversight: Coordinate with designers/engineers and manage the full vendor lifecycle (hiring, negotiation, and milestone payments).

Quality & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to brand standards, HSE safety norms, and local statutory approvals (NOCs).

Monitoring & Cost Control: Manage 4–8 simultaneous projects while driving value engineering and rigorous invoice validation.

Reporting: Proactively manage risks and provide progress updates to senior leadership.
