Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review clinical trial protocols and RFPs to develop competitive pricing strategies in collaboration with Scientific Affairs and Business Development.
  • Support Central Laboratory proposal and budget generation for Clinical Trials Business Development Directors and their clients.
  • Coordinate proposal strategy to optimize efficiency and competitiveness.
  • Liaise with Scientific Affairs and affiliate labs to obtain pricing and technical inputs as needed.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication with internal departments and external clients.
  • Manage timely proposal generation and ensure on-time delivery to Business Development or clients.
  • Participate in client meetings and interactions, as required.
  • Maintain and update SOPs related to proposal development.
  • Mentor and assist in the training of new Proposal Developers, when necessary.
