This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager, based in Madurai with flexibility for some remote work. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of fintech projects. Daily responsibilities include tracking project schedules, managing resources and budgets, ensuring timely completion of deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the role includes communication with stakeholders, facilitating project reviews, and ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives.

• Strong Project Management and Expediting skills for planning, monitoring, and delivering projects efficiently.
• Expertise in Expeditor and Logistics Management to ensure timely procurement and distribution of project resources and assets.
• Experience with Inspection processes to maintain quality control and meet project standards.
• Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities to lead cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (PMP or similar certification is a plus).
• Prior experience in managing projects within the financial/fintech sector is advantageous.
• Familiarity with financial market systems and processes will be a significant asset.
