Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of Interior Fit-out projects.
- Review drawings, BOQs, and ensure work is completed as per standards.
- Plan and monitor daily site activities, manpower, materials, and machinery.
- Track project progress, prepare DPR/WPR/MPR, and ensure timelines are met.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure quality control, site safety, and statutory compliance.
- Verify measurements, certify bills, and handle vendor coordination.
Required Skills
- Strong Interior Fit-Out project execution and site management experience.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera (preferred).
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle site responsibilities and travel frequently.
