As a part of the Modelling, Pattern Recognition and Insights team, you will have a great chance to build tools, models and pipelines from early days by reinventing the concept of using data for the greater good.

Job Summary:

  1. To manage and coordinate projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  2. Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering data-driven projects involving statistical analysis, modelling, and reporting.
  3. Collaborate closely with statisticians, data analysts, subject matter experts, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved on time, within scope, and in compliance with applicable standards.
  4. Maintain and manage timelines and TAT's of team members, prepare periodic reports and updates for management and team.
  5. Documentation of reports, organisation of team documents and supporting team members with maintaining and updating team repositories.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage, lead, plan and implement statistical and data analysis projects and present the same using visual tools to various stakeholders.
  2. Prepare progress reports, road maps and build pipelines to ensure project related tasks are achieved in orderly and timely manner.
  3. Create, Manage and Maintain various PowerPoint presentations to facilitate and communicate key deliveries and objectives of the project.
  4. Assist and co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders in preparation of final client reports, presentations and necessary documentation
  5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including statisticians, data managers, researchers, and relevant stakeholders to achieve common objectives of the vertical.
  6. Build and maintain Dashboards, data frames and data sets in accordance with the objectives of the team and the department
  7. Provide analytical insights through assessment of datasets, historical outputs and through creation of structured data analysis and various geographic and regional specific reports
  8. Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and proactively manage and assess quality of reports
  9. Communicate project updates, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.

Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum qualification:

  1. Bachelors in Business/Administration and relevant experience of at least 1-2 years
  2. Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
  3. Preliminary knowledge of Project Specialist tools such as JIRA/ASANA is an added advantage, candidates will need to know the basics and must show willingness to learn through application.
  4. Prior experience of report writing, data reporting and/or stakeholder management

Preferred qualification:

Preferred MBA/Post graduation in Finance/Statistics/Economics with 3-4 years of project management experience or business management across banking, finance or FMCG industry, candidates with Bachelors in Business/Administration and relevant experience will also be considered

Skills/Software

  1. Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word is a must .
  2. Proven expertise and experience of Project Specialist tools such as JIRA/ASANA
  3. Experience using LaTeX for academic, research based projects.
  4. Strong organisational and ownership skills with attention to detail.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  6. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Knowledge of statistical methods and their practical application is a huge plus.
