Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager based in Shahdol. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Responsibilities include project coordination, expediting processes, managing inspections, coordinating logistics, and liaising with internal and external teams to ensure seamless project execution. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to oversee and coordinate tasks across all phases of project execution.
- Experience in Expediting and Expeditor roles, ensuring timely delivery of project components and materials.
- Knowledge of Inspection processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Strong skills in Logistics Management, including supply chain coordination and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in managing industrial projects, especially in sectors such as power, steel, or cement, preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools is an advantage.
