Project Manager

Experience -

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in 3PL / Contract Logistics operations
2. Strong exposure to project execution and customer coordination
3. Experience in SOP documentation and warehouse layout planning
4. Proficiency in MS Project or equivalent project management tools
5. Experience working in a process-oriented environment

Location : Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities -

1. Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end warehouse and transport implementation projects
2. Ensure smooth transition of new customers from implementation to steady-state operations
3. Deliver zero-disruption go-live for new warehouse and logistics projects
4. Develop and implement standardized SOPs aligned with customer SLAs and internal policies
5. Ensure readiness of infrastructure, manpower, systems, and equipment before go-live
6. Drive manpower planning, productivity, and training during ramp-up phases
7. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
8. Manage scope changes, cost control, and budget adherence
9. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners for timely execution
10. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and statutory requirements
11. Handle customer escalations during implementation and stabilization phases
12. Track and report project performance through structured MIS
13. Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
14. Ensure smooth handover to operations teams post-stabilization

Education and Certification -

1. MBA / Postgraduate in Supply Chain or Business
2. CPSM / PMP (Project Management Professional)
3. Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred)
4. Knowledge of warehouse processes and WMS

Technical and Functional Skills -

1. ERP systems and project management tools (MS Project preferred)
2. Project implementation and coordination
3. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
4. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
5. Ability to track KPIs, analyze supply chain data, and drive performance improvements
6. Strong leadership in process excellence and compliance management
