Position:Project Coordinator / Project Manager (Chinese Speaking)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Chinese-speaking Project Coordinator / Project Manager to support cross-functional project execution between the India R&D team and China headquarters. The role will focus on coordinating project activities, facilitating communication, and ensuring smooth execution of product or technology development projects.

The ideal candidate should have Chinese language proficiency, an understanding of project management processes, and preferably exposure to the electronics or consumer technology industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Coordination & Execution

  • Assist in planning, tracking, and executing project milestones across cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and progress updates.
  • Support project managers in ensuring smooth execution of product development initiatives.

2. Cross-Border Communication

  • Act as a communication bridge between India and China teams.
  • Translate or facilitate discussions in Chinese and English during meetings, documentation, and project updates.
  • Ensure alignment between stakeholders across global teams.

3. Project Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain project documents, trackers, and status reports.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, action trackers, and progress updates.
  • Support risk tracking and issue resolution during project execution.

4. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate with R&D, product, testing, and operations teams.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.

5. Process Improvement

  • Assist in improving project management processes and communication efficiency between teams.
  • Support implementation of structured project tracking tools and reporting mechanisms.

Education Qualification

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Management, or related fields.

Experience

  • Exposure to electronics, mobile devices, or consumer technology industry will be an advantage.

Key Skills

  • Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English communication.
  • Understanding of project management concepts and coordination processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a cross-cultural and global team environment.
  • Good organizational and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in mobile phone, electronics, or technology industry.
  • Familiarity with project management tools or methodologies.
  • Experience working with Chinese teams or multinational environments.
