What You'll Do

You will play a central role in delivering high-quality design projects within BCG's Global Design Studios. Working across regions and functions, you will partner with designers, consultants, and stakeholders to plan and execute projects from initial scoping through final delivery. Your work will help ensure that creative outputs are delivered efficiently, meet business needs, and maintain the highest standards of quality.

You will operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, balancing multiple projects while navigating shifting priorities and timelines. You will bring structure to ambiguity, proactively manage risks, and continuously improve how projects are delivered-including leveraging AI-enabled tools and approaches to enhance efficiency and consistency.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of design projects, from scoping and kickoff through production and closeout

• Coordinate across global, cross-functional teams to align on timelines, deliverables, and expectations
• Plan and manage project budgets, resources, and staffing (internal and external)
• Track progress, monitor deadlines, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery across multiple concurrent projects
• Identify risks and dependencies early, and drive mitigation plans to keep projects on track
• Establish effective project workflows, tools, and communication channels
• Partner with creative teams to manage feedback cycles and iterations efficiently
• . Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices, including adoption of AI-enabled tools and ways of working

What You'll Bring

• You bring two to four years of experience in project management within creative, digital, marketing, product, or professional services environments
• You are confident managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
• You communicate clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior partners and creative teams
• You use project management tools (e.g., Jira) and collaboration platforms to plan, track, and deliver work
• You identify risks early and apply structured thinking to solve problems and keep projects on track
• You are comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
• You bring strong attention to detail, reliability, and a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
• Fluent written and verbal English language skills
• Able to work either 7-4pm or 1-10pm

Who You'll Work With

You will be part of BCG's Global Design Studios, collaborating with a diverse, multidisciplinary team of designers across video, content, and digital. You'll work closely with colleagues across BCG-including consultants and global teams-to deliver high-quality design solutions that support client and internal priorities. Together, you'll operate in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment that values creativity, teamwork, and strong execution.
