Responsibilities
- Act as a centralised hub to improve Multiple Overall Project Execution, consistency, and the achievement of organisational goals
- To forecast and visualise, and Report in Advance the possible Bottlenecks or Project Delays that may occur during the Life span of a Project
- To Suggest Guidelines to minimise project Delays and Deviations for tasks that are practically possible within the Given Budget and Timelines.
- To Mitigate Delay Timelines, ensuring that the Project is not overall delayed at all.
- Identify Project needs and develop a detailed timeline for completion
- Coordinate Multiple Project Management Teams operating 4-6 Projects at a Time and delegate tasks
- Proven and Achieved Skills in Risk Management and Cost Management required.
- Monitor Expenditures and create detailed reports for Upper Management
- Keep track of a Project's progress and ensure its completion before the deadline
- Work within Budget constraints
- Implement changes to teams and processes as and when needed
- Developing and maintaining Project Management Standards, Methodology, and Best Project Practices
- Managing shared resources and coordinating Project Activities across the portfolio
- Ensuring alignment with strategic objectives through project prioritisation and governance
- Providing training, support, and reporting to Project teams and Stakeholders.
- Act as a centralised hub to improve overall Project Execution, consistency, and the achievement of organisational goals
Requirements and skills
- Mechanical Engineering Background Experience of at least 6 to 9 years in a Project Management Officer Position
- Apply only if you have the Ability to work on Multiple Projects under Work Pressure and Timelines.
- Knowledge of design and visualisation software.
- Advanced MS Office skills, Microsoft Project (MSP).
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
