• Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) Assessments

Undertake BNG assessments across development projects including energy, transport, data centres, mining, and operational site portfolios. Perform biodiversity analysis and recommend measures to minimize ecological impacts and enhance biodiversity outcomes.

• Technical Analysis & Reporting

Conduct detailed technical biodiversity assessments using Ramboll's biodiversity metrics. Prepare clear, concise, and high-quality technical reports with actionable recommendations for clients.

• Stakeholder & Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration

Collaborate with ecologists, GIS specialists, landscape designers, engineers, and sustainability experts to collect and analyze biodiversity data. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate project inputs and alignment with biodiversity goals.

• Nature Positive Design Support

Support biodiversity mitigation design and contribute to nature-positive solutions that integrate conservation priorities into development planning. Assist in maximizing ecological value while meeting project requirements.

• Project Delivery & Management Support

Manage and contribute to biodiversity work across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines. Support coordination across international teams and multidisciplinary environments.

• Regulatory & Planning Awareness

Understand development planning processes and application of biodiversity metrics in regulatory frameworks. Apply knowledge of environmental and sustainability standards in project delivery.

• Sustainability & Innovation

Contribute to broader sustainability and ESG initiatives. Develop innovative approaches to biodiversity enhancement and environmental restoration within infrastructure projects.
