Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Research exhibitions and trade shows taking place in India and other parts of the world.
- Find out the list of exhibitors participating in these shows and connect with them via email, phone, or LinkedIn.
- Explain to them First Rain's service offerings.
- Get trained on the various steps of exhibition stand project execution using different apps.
- Coordinate with exhibitors for various inputs, including graphics, logos, placement of order forms, etc.
- Learn about off-site exhibition stand builds, including checking construction as per technical drawings and BOQ.
- Work on on-site project management, including monitoring progress according to timelines.
- Interact with exhibitors on-site for troubleshooting and seamless handover.
