Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer with a strong focus on Java Fullstack and React JS to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. As a Delivery Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading software development projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of software development principles and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications using Java Fullstack and React JS.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and coding to testing and deployment.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges and roadblocks in a timely manner.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development processes.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java Fullstack development.
• Expertise in React JS and its ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in software development or project management are a plus.
