Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Conduct thorough research and gather relevant information on potential clients to

understand their business needs and pain points.

  • Initiate outbound prospecting efforts through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team by effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our IT solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies, re

fine messaging, and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects using CRM tools and maintain

accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular feedback to the marketing and product teams regarding lead quality and customer insights to optimize sales and marketing strategies.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Own the entire proposal process: identify customer needs, develop win themes, and produce complete proposals.
  • Assess the competitive landscape and track key market trends and developments.
  • Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth

communications.

  • Maintain the database using your organizational skills to streamline processes and clean up the data.
