Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Conduct thorough research and gather relevant information on potential clients to
understand their business needs and pain points.
- Initiate outbound prospecting efforts through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team by effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our IT solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies, re
fine messaging, and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects using CRM tools and maintain
accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular feedback to the marketing and product teams regarding lead quality and customer insights to optimize sales and marketing strategies.
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and opportunities.
- Own the entire proposal process: identify customer needs, develop win themes, and produce complete proposals.
- Assess the competitive landscape and track key market trends and developments.
- Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth
communications.
- Maintain the database using your organizational skills to streamline processes and clean up the data.
