Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Project Lead to manage and execute Pan India Non-CNG projects. The role involves overseeing project activities, coordinating with teams and stakeholders, and ensuring timely and quality delivery within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Support end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and execution.
Ensure project milestones are achieved within defined timelines and quality standards.
Track daily/weekly progress and escalate delays or risks proactively.
Team Coordination
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams for smooth execution.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure accountability at site level.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Ensure clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
Budget & Cost Monitoring
Assist in budget tracking and cost control measures.
Monitor resource utilization and avoid cost overruns.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory regulations at site.
Support Implementation Of Company Policies And Compliance Requirements.
Technical Support
Assist in resolving technical issues related to project execution.
Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams for smooth operations.
Site Visits & Travel
Conduct regular site visits across Pan India locations.
Monitor on-ground execution, quality, and progress.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare project status reports, MIS, and documentation.
Maintain proper records for audits and management review.
Client Management
Ensure client expectations are met through quality delivery and timely updates.
Address client concerns proactively.
Continuous Improvement
Suggest process improvements and best practices.
Support operational efficiency initiatives.
Key Requirements
68 years of experience in project execution (Infrastructure / Engineering / Non-CNG / Similar domains)
Strong project coordination and execution skills
Good understanding of site operations and compliance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel extensively
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
Experience in handling multi-location projects
