Location: Rourkela Steel Plant, Rourkela, Odisha, India

Salary: ₹25,000 -30,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in any field of Software/ Planning oR Project management application.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Project Specialist to lead the implementation of our Digital Project Management System (DPMS) at Rourkela Steel Plant. This role is pivotal in overseeing the complete project lifecycle—from initiation through execution to closure—ensuring seamless integration and optimal utilization of DPMS. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with 3D, 4D, and 5D BIM technologies and a proven track record in managing digital projects within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of DPMS, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Develop and execute BIM strategies and workflows tailored to project requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to BIM standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage the creation, maintenance, and quality control of BIM models and datasets.
• Provide training and support to team members on DPMS and BIM tools.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project milestones are achieved.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in BIM and digital project management technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mech Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital project management within the construction industry or any software.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and digital project management systems.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to train and support teams in DPMS and BIM technologies.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
