Project: Palm Paradise by Westbury

Location: Near Sarjapur, Bangalore.

Experience : 3-5+ Years

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer / Project Engineer to join our team for the Palm Paradise project located near Sarjapur, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, practical site execution skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervision and execution of day-to-day site activities as per drawings and specifications
• Checking contractor bills and verifying quantities executed at site
• Preparation and verification of BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
• Quantity estimation and quantity calculations for civil works
• Preparation and checking of BBS (Bar Bending Schedule)
• Coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Monitoring work quality, progress, and material consumption
• Resolving site-related technical issues with practical problem-solving approaches
• Ensuring work execution as per project timelines and safety standards
• Maintaining site records, reports, and documentation
• Reading and understanding construction drawings and AutoCAD details

Qualification / Eligibility :

• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in residential or villa construction projects
• Strong expertise in:
• Bill checking
• BOQ preparation and verification
• Quantity calculations
• BBS preparation and checking
• Site execution and practical construction knowledge

Proficiency in:

• AutoCAD
• Microsoft Excel
• MS Office tools
• Good understanding of RCC, masonry, finishing, and site coordination works
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to handle site coordination independently and work under deadlines

• Practical and technically sound individual with strong execution capabilities
• Good team coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage site activities efficiently
