Interpret customer specifications and convert them into detailed engineering requirements for electrical control panels and systems.
Develop engineering deliverables including Functional Design Specifications (FDS), wiring diagrams, single line diagrams, panel layouts, and test procedures.
Execute projects within timelines while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Conduct system testing on shop floor and support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and site commissioning activities.
Prepare and share weekly project progress reports with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality procedures, and safety requirements.
Maximize reuse of standard designs, components, and engineering practices across projects.
Identify, analyze, and mitigate technical risks in collaboration with project teams.
Continuously improve engineering capabilities through knowledge sharing and best practices.
