Project Engineer (UAE) - Busbar

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Engineer for a UAE-based role in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, within the Busbar Line of Business focused on New Product Development & Introduction (NPDI).

This opportunity is open to candidates based in India who have strong project management experience in a manufacturing environment. Visa and airfare will be provided by the company.

REQUIREMENTS

• 35 Years of experience in project management

• Must have experience in New product development project management in a manufacturing industry (Experience in IT is not considered)

• Must have experience in water fall ( stage gate) project management method

• Must have good communication skill in English

• Should have knowledge in risk management and risk response methods.

• Should have idea about Gantt Chart schedule management

• Experience in communication management among stake holders

• Experience in project KPI reporting

• Must have experience in project planning

• Demonstrated competence in problem-solving, data analysis, project planning

• Experience leading cross functional meetings and presenting to small groups, both in person and via conference call

• Ability to quickly develop cross functional relationships to achieve business objectives

• Process and results-oriented with proven ability to accomplish goals

• Experience with 3-phase power distribution or Busbar products is preferred

• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications,

• Microsoft Project or smart sheet experience preferred

• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical engineering preferred.

• PMP or any other project management training preferred ( no need of certification)
