Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models, particularly in the area of Generative AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI/ML opportunities.
- Conduct research to stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML and Gen AI.
- Optimize and fine-tune existing models for performance and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Document processes, methodologies, and best practices for AI/ML projects.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong expertise in Generative AI techniques and frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Experience with machine learning libraries and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data preprocessing and analysis.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools.

Qualifications
