Basic Qualification

- M.Tech/B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical Engineering with planning experience.
Role Overview
Responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules for hotel projects using Primavera/MS
Project. The position ensures alignment between planning objectives and on-site execution to achieve timely project
delivery.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Time, Quality, and Cost shall remain the core focus parameters across, ensuring that deliverables are achieved
efficiently, within budget, and to the required standard of workmanship.
- Responsible for identifying and sourcing vendors, assist in preparation of techno-commercial proposals, float RFPs,
obtain quotations from vendors, and support in technical evaluation and negotiation processes.
- Carry out rate analysis and market benchmarking to support cost control and ensure value-driven procurement.
- Develop detailed baseline schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify slippages, and recommend recovery strategies.
- Coordinate with project and site teams for schedule adherence.
- Prepare and update look-ahead schedules, progress curves, and dashboards.
- Assist in risk identification, resource allocation, and progress forecasting.
- Generate weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
- Support billing and cost control teams with verified progress data.
