Role Overview
Responsible for supervising electrical installation and commissioning works for hotel projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and brand specifications.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Time, Quality, and Cost shall remain the core focus parameters across, ensuring that deliverables are achieved
efficiently, within budget, and to the required standard of workmanship.
- Supervise HT/LT electrical distribution, cabling, and lighting installations.
- Review and ensure compliance of electrical works with IS/IEC standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, authorities, and other trades for technical approvals and inspections.
- Review shop drawings and material submittals for accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor testing, commissioning, and documentation of all electrical systems.
- Prepare test reports, maintain inspection logs, and verify contractor bills.
- Support procurement and execution teams to ensure smooth progress.
