Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented site engineer to manage on-site execution of construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality work, adherence to timelines, and coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor work progress as per approved drawings and project schedule
- Ensure strict adherence to project timelines and milestones
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for timely delivery of work
- Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with specifications and standards
- Check and verify measurements, bills, and material usage at site
- Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively
- Ensure proper safety practices and site discipline are maintained
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for management
Key Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in building construction (residential/commercial projects only)
- Strong understanding of construction processes and site execution
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory):
- Candidates must be currently based in Mumbai
- Only candidates from the building construction industry will be considered
