Salary : Upto 40k

Job Summary:

The Project Engineer is responsible for planning, execution, and successful delivery of solar and electrical projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety norms, quality benchmarks, and project timelines. The role involves coordination with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution from design to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Support end-to-end execution of solar and electrical projects

·        Review project designs, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications

·        Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth execution

·        Monitor project schedules, milestones, and daily site progress

·        Ensure compliance with safety (HSE), quality standards, and statutory regulations

·        Assist in procurement planning, material tracking, and inventory control

·        Identify technical issues, risks, and delays; suggest corrective actions

·        Support testing, commissioning, and project handover

·        Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation for management 

Required Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil or related field)

·        3–6 years of experience in solar, power, electrical, or infrastructure projects

·        Strong understanding of project execution, site coordination, and engineering drawings 

Skills & Competencies:

·        Knowledge of solar and electrical project execution practices

·        Strong project coordination and management skills

·        Ability to work in site-based, fast-paced environments

·        Problem-solving and decision-making ability

·        Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD (preferred)

·        Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred Experience:

·        Experience in solar projects, substations, transmission lines, or power plants

·        Exposure to EPC project environments

·        Familiarity with statutory approvals and safety compliance
