Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis:Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Accounting & Reporting:Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure accuracy and timely closure of books of accounts
- Maintain proper accounting records in line with regulatory standards
- Cost Control & Profitability:Monitor operational costs, food cost, and overheads
- Implement cost-control measures to improve margins
- Track revenue streams and suggest improvements for profitability
- Compliance & Audits:Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors
- Handle financial audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations
- Cash Flow & Treasury Management:Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund allocation
- Optimize cash utilization and ensure liquidity for operations
- Team & Stakeholder Management:Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team
- Collaborate with operations, procurement, and senior management
- Support decision-making with financial insights and reports
Key Requirements:
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in hotels, restaurants, or hospitality sector
- Strong understanding of hospitality financial operations and cost structures
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
