Job Description
As the MuleSoft Technical Architect, you will be at the forefront of our integration efforts, driving the strategic vision and technical excellence. Your expertise will be instrumental in defining and implementing an API-led connectivity strategy, creating reusable assets, and ensuring governance standards are met. You will collaborate closely with enterprise architects to align our integration strategy with the broader technology roadmap, providing technical leadership and mentorship to our MuleSoft developers. Your responsibilities will also include evaluating deployment models, defining monitoring strategies, and ensuring our integration flows are scalable, performant, and secure.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and strategic direction for all integration initiatives using the Anypoint Platform.
- Define and promote an API-led connectivity approach, creating reusable APIs and integration assets.
- Establish and enforce API design governance, including naming conventions and security policies.
- Create an overall integration blueprint, mapping system connections and data flow.
- Conduct design authority reviews, ensuring solutions meet MuleSoft best practices.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects to align integration strategy with the technology roadmap.
- Provide technical leadership and guide MuleSoft developers on complex implementation challenges.
- Evaluate and select deployment models based on performance and security requirements.
- Define a comprehensive monitoring and alerting strategy for all integration flows.
- Ensure integration becomes a strategic asset, driving business value and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in MuleSoft platform and API-led connectivity.
- Strong background in Salesforce Health Cloud or Health Insurance domain (preferred).
- Expertise in API design, governance, and best practices.
- Proven track record in leading complex integration projects.
- Excellent knowledge of deployment models and their implications.
- Ability to provide technical mentorship and leadership to a team.
- Experience in collaborating with enterprise architects and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in integration.
