As a Partner Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in scaling and enabling Egnyte's partner ecosystem. You will serve as a key operational partner to Sales, Channel, and external partners—ensuring seamless onboarding, efficient deal execution, and accurate data that drives informed decision-making.

Egnyte partners include Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and referral partners. In this role, you will own core partner operations workflows, support the Partner Portal (PRM), manage purchase orders, and deliver insights that directly impact revenue growth and partner success. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership of processes, and continuously looks for ways to improve efficiency and scalability.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Own and execute partner onboarding for MSP and VAR partners, ensuring a smooth, timely, and scalable onboarding experience
  • Act as the primary support resource for partner users, resolving PRM and Reseller Tool issues efficiently and with a customer-first mindset
  • Enable Sales success by supporting opportunity setup, CPQ creation, and deal execution from pipeline to close
  • Produce high-impact recurring and ad hoc reports that provide visibility into partner performance, pipeline health, and operational efficiency
  • Create and maintain technical enablement content and documentation to empower MSPs and reduce support friction
  • Ensure CRM data integrity by proactively reviewing, updating, and organizing partner and customer records
  • Manage and process partner purchase orders with accuracy and urgency to support revenue recognition and partner satisfaction
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency and partner experience

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Partner Operations, Sales Operations, or Channel Operations
  • Confident and effective communicator with strong written and verbal English skills
  • Strong process-oriented mindset with the ability to execute while continuously improving workflows
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including reporting, data management, and analytics
  • Proven ability to solve problems, manage multiple priorities, and deliver measurable results
  • Strong analytical and technical skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required (Business Objects or similar tools a plus)

BENEFITS:

  • Competitive salaries
  • Medical insurance and healthcare benefits for you and your family
  • Fully paid premiums for Term life insurance
  • Personal Accident Insurance
  • Flexible hours and PTO
  • Mental wellness platform subscription
  • Gym and fitness reimbursement
  • Childcare reimbursement
