About the Role
We are looking for a Project Coordinator with strong experience in automotive software projects to support planning, coordination, and execution of complex development programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to Android Automotive Operating System (AAOS) projects and a good understanding of ASPICE, V-Model, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
You will work closely with project managers, engineering teams, and global stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, process compliance, and smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end project coordination for automotive software programs.
- Track and monitor project plans, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with AAOS development teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain and report project status, risks, issues, and action items.
- Ensure adherence to ASPICE processes and V-Model development lifecycle.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Act as a Scrum Master (where applicable) to enable team productivity and remove impediments.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Android, Linux, QNX, QA, and DevOps.
- Support audits, reviews, and customer reporting requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 47 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in automotive software projects.
- Exposure to Android Automotive OS (AAOS)based projects.
- Good understanding of ASPICE and V-Model development methodology.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
- Strong skills in project tracking, documentation, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Preferred / Good to Have
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.
- Experience working with OEMs or Tier-1 automotive suppliers.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Electronics, or related discipline).
