Project Coordinator - Offline Expansion

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Project Coordinator to drive Supertails pet clinic expansions in Bangalore. You will handle site feasibility assessments, drawing/BOQ validations, quality audits, contractor coordination, and Gantt-based scheduling to ensure fit-outs are delivered on-time and within budget. This role demands technical precision, site presence, and proactive problem-solving to scale our offline healthcare footprint rapidly.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Feasibility Check and Site Measurement:

oAssess site services: electricity, water, drainage, power backup, and utilities availability.

oConduct precise site measurements and prepare detailed floor layouts.

Drawings/Budget/BOQ Check for Newly Awarded Projects:

oReview contractor-submitted drawings for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with Supertails pet clinic standards.

oConduct quantity analysis from drawings to validate project budgets against scope, identifying variances and optimization opportunities.

oScrutinize BOQs for completeness, pricing accuracy, and material specifications.

oFlag discrepancies, recommend corrections, and secure approvals before kick-off.

Site / Quality Audits / Coordination

oAudit sites for fit-out progress, quality (civil & MEP), and plan adherence; enforce corrections for defects/risks.

oPrepare reports with photos, punch lists, and sign-off recs for on-time handover.

oCoordinate weekly/daily plans with contractors, track actual progress vs. plans, and maintain real-time planned vs. actual reports.

Gantt Chart Management

oPrepare detailed Gantt charts for fit-out projects using tools like MS Project or Zoho Projects.

oMaintain charts with task dependencies, milestones, and real-time updates from site progress.

oShare charts with stakeholders and flag delays for proactive schedule recovery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Skills

oAutoCAD/Revit, site measurements, and fit-out execution

oBOQ, quantity take-offs, and cost validation

oProject scheduling & progress tracking (Gantt-based tools)

oCivil + MEP coordination, quality checks, and contractor control

Must-Have

o24 yrs fit-out / retail construction experience

oQuantity estimation skills

oDiploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or Project Management.

Good-to-Have

oPet clinic / healthcare fit-out exposure

o3D tools experience
