We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to join the Wadhwani Skilling Network's Content team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting projects related to instructional content and services design and development. Your primary responsibility will involve comprehensive project coordination across vendors, various stakeholders, and both internal and external teams, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Scoping: Collaborate closely with the team to establish and meticulously document project scope, realistic timelines, and necessary resources.
- Vendor Onboarding & Management: Follow stringent quality, time, and cost parameters to onboard appropriate vendors. You will manage contracts, invoices, and deliveries throughout the project lifecycle, providing essential support.
- Coordination on Project Milestones: Coordinate the entire content production lifecycle and deliveries with vendor resources and internal staff. You will also handle queries from both in-house and outsourced personnel.
- Team Player: Support project teams on approvals. Analyze and suggest efficient billing milestones, timelines, and the expected chronology of deliveries across various projects and vendors.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective integration of initiatives across projects. Maintain strong working relationships with vendors, legal and financial teams, in addition to a diverse group of in-house and outsourced staff.
Skills & Experience
- Education: Graduate or Post-graduate degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Must have at least 5 years of work experience as a Project Associate or Coordinator supporting or leading a project management unit for Content Development Projects, preferably within EdTech firms.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of various Content Creation tools such as Storyline, Vyond, etc.
- Domain Knowledge: Well-versed with Instructional Content Development processes, contractual requirements, and expense heads.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to proofread/review content with immaculate attention to detail.
