Project Coordinator(NuQual), Numerator Surveys
As a Project Coordinator with Numerator's Qualitative Survey Team, you play a key role in ensuring smooth project execution, participant engagement, and adherence to research best practices. This role is essential in supporting qualitative research studies by managing logistics, maintaining study workflows, and ensuring seamless coordination between teams. You will collaborate closely with Qualitative Strategists, Research Project Specialists, Recruiting Managers, and Global Operations teams to uphold Numerator's high standards.
How You'll Spend Your Time: High Level
Manage project timelines, tracking key deliverables and ensuring adherence to research best practices.
Coordinate with internal teams to streamline recruitment, programming, and study execution.
Oversee participant engagement strategies, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing participation.
Monitor study progress, identifying and resolving issues related to user experience and platform functionality.
Maintain process documentation and continuously improve workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
How You'll Spend Your Time: Drill Down
Review discussion guides, study materials, and research workflows to ensure logical flow and accuracy.
Assist in participant screening, scheduling, and onboarding, ensuring smooth study execution.
Conduct quality assurance checks for study setup, ensuring users can navigate seamlessly.
Work closely with Recruiting Managers to ensure seamless participant engagement.
Troubleshoot study-related issues, escalating concerns to the appropriate teams for resolution.
Maintain best practices, process improvements, and standardized templates for enhanced efficiency.
Skills & Experience Desired
2+ years of experience in research operations, project coordination, or survey execution.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines.
Proficiency in survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Atlas) and research data management tools.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate effectively across teams.
Detail-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach to research logistics and study execution.
Experience with quality assurance and study compliance best practices.
