Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveProject Coordinatorto join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting project execution, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring successful on-time delivery. This role involves managing documentation, preparing schedules and reports, conducting project meetings, and ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day project activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities and ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders.
  • Track project progress, timelines, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, and documentation.
  • Conduct project meetings, record minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items.
  • Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain clarity.
  • Assist in risk identification, issue tracking, and escalation management.
  • Support implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of project processes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong skills inproject coordination, communication, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Ability to track and monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
  • Experience in creating project plans, schedules, documentation, and reports.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in project management tools/software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project).
  • Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • PMP certificationis a plus and will be considered an advantage.
