About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead client projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining excellent communication with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; track progress and performance.
- Manage risks, issues, and changes proactively; implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders regarding project status, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, QA, design, and support.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
- Monitor and report on project KPIs, resource utilization, and team performance.
- Mentor and guide team members to achieve project objectives efficiently.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement and document lessons learned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 510 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT services or software development.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred / Good to Have:
- PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience with international clients or remote teams.
- Understanding of software development processes and technical concepts.
