CTC Range: 6 8 LPA (no bar for outstanding candidature)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee multiple ongoing projects within the manufacturing and automation domain.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for end-to-end project executionfrom Purchase Order (PO) receipt to final delivery and installationby coordinating between KWI's internal departments, suppliers, and customers. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of project workflows in an engineering environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication and coordination skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing or industrial project workflows.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and documentation efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (Zoho Projects, Trello, or equivalent).
• Basic technical understanding of mechanical or electrical components is preferred.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial) or Project Management / Operations.
• 36 years of experience in project coordination, production planning, or operations (preferably in manufacturing or engineering sectors).
• Experience in client-facing project environments is preferred.
