JD for Project Manager / Project Coordinator
· Minimum 6 years of experience in handling onsite project management / project coordination
· Should demonstrate skills on presentation, status reporting and team coordination
· Team management and ownership to the project and the account
· Escalation management both internal and with client
· Must have awareness and technically savvy to understand Database, general technology concepts – Network, Installation, Cloud, Version Management, and Release Management etc. No coding is expected but knowledge at a high level is required
· Proficient in using project management tools, collaboration tools, ticket management tools such as Jira or Remedy, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
· Mandatory experience in handling projects in Banking / Finance or Investment Management. Product implementation experience is a plus but not mandatory
· Must be ready for flexible hours of working
· Location of work is mostly at client site with a high degree of coordination with offsite teams
Educational Background: Graduate / Post Graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology
