- Familiarity with industry-standard tools and platforms such as Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and project management software.
Required Qualifications & Core Competencies
- Registered Architect with the Council of Architecture (India).
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture; Master's preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technical delivery of commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.
- Strong leadership in project management, client coordination, and team supervision.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all project phasesfrom concept to completion.
- Familiarity with India's building codes, standards, and structural systems.
- Skilled in developing precise technical documentation and construction detailing.
- Proven ability to manage consultant teams and resolve design/technical challenges.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- High design proficiency with a strong grasp of regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles; ability to lead sustainability discussions.
- Preferably accredited in LEED, WELL, Fitwel, LFA, or similar systems.
- Portfolio should include at least one certified sustainable project (e.g., LEED, WELL, Net Zero).
- Proficient in design and documentation tools: Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Navisworks, Bluebeam.
