Job Overview:
We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Project Architect specializing in residential developments. You will lead the architectural design and execution of high-end residential complexes, ensuring world-class standards in aesthetics, functionality, and exclusivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptual Design: Develop bespoke architectural concepts and design narratives that reflect luxury, comfort, and exclusivity for high-end residential projects.
- High-End Detailing: Focus on superior materiality, finishes, landscaping integration, and cutting-edge technologies that elevate the living experience. Review Designs & plans at each stage and suggest design options for efficiency / constructability / any other aspect.
- Regulatory & Compliance: Navigate complex municipal regulations and environmental clearances in Mumbai while maintaining design excellence. Working around constraining factors such as statutory approvals, environmental impact and project budget
- Collaborative Coordination: Lead coordination with structural, MEP, landscape, and specialized consultants to ensure seamless integration of all design elements.
- Construction Oversight: Conduct meticulous site inspections to ensure architectural integrity, quality standards, and luxury finishes are maintained throughout construction.
- Documentation & Tendering: Pre-qualify & appointment consultants: Architect, Structural, MEP, Interior Designer, and Landscape Architect. Preparing RFP and scope of works. Organizing for meetings and maintaining minutes of meetings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in residential architecture, preferably with projects in Mumbai or other metropolitan cities.
- Strong expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS Max, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of Mumbai's real estate regulatory environment and luxury market demands.
