Project Architect

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Architect based in Mumbai. The role integrates onsite responsibilities with the flexibility to work remotely on certain projects. The primary duties include developing architectural designs, managing project workflows, crafting submittals, and ensuring projects adhere to sustainability standards. Additionally, the Project Architect will collaborate with stakeholders, oversee construction documents, and support the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) practices.

• Proficiency in architectural design and construction methodologies
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and producing high-quality submittals
• Understanding of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles and sustainable architecture
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to oversee complex projects
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a closely related field
• Professional licensure in architecture is preferred
• Familiarity with healthcare sector architecture will be an added advantage
