Role Description
This is a currently hybrid role for a Project Architect based in Mumbai, with flexibility for remote work as needed. The Project Architect will be responsible for the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects while ensuring adherence to client requirements and project standards. Duties include preparing design submittals, managing project workflows, utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with environmental and sustainability standards. The role will require managing timelines, budgets, and overseeing project implementation to ensure successful delivery of GFCs/working drawings, BoQ, and project in general.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Architecture and proficiency in autpcad, Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
- Experience with Submittals and project documentation
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards
- Proven skills in Project Management, including budgeting and timeline coordination
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage complex projects and work within a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Professional certifications in project management or LEED accreditation are a plus
- Experience with healthcare or large-scale architectural projects is preferred
