Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Architect based in Surat, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Project Architect will oversee architectural project development, including concept design, preparation of submittals, and coordination with internal and external teams. Responsibilities also include monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with applicable standards like LEED, and managing documentation using Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools. Additionally, the role involves working closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved within budget and timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Project Management
• Experience with Submittals and proven organizational capabilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Professional licensure in architecture is preferred
