Project Architect

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Surat for a Project Architect. The Project Architect will oversee and coordinate all aspects of architectural design and project management. The responsibilities include conceptualizing designs, producing detailed drawings, managing submittals, and ensuring projects meet building codes and regulations. The candidate will closely collaborate with clients, team members, and consultants to ensure successful project execution, while incorporating sustainable design principles and modern technologies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Project Management
• Familiarity with Submittals and Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes
• Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) concepts and sustainable design practices
• Strong organizational and team collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or a related field
• Professional licensure or certification in architecture is preferred
• Experience in managing architectural projects from design to completion
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
