About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Architect / Project Architect with hands-on experience in architectural planning, redevelopment projects, and municipal approvals. The role involves working on residential and commercial developments across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation of architectural planning drawings for residential and commercial buildings

Development of concept plans, sanction drawings, and working drawings

Assistance in redevelopment feasibility studies and project planning

Preparation of drawings for municipal submissions and approvals

Coordination with RCC, MEP consultants, developers, and liaison teams

Participation in project planning discussions and design development

Required Skills

Experience working on projects in Thane / Mumbai Metropolitan Region

Strong knowledge of UDCPR / DCPR regulations and development control norms

Experience in residential and commercial building planning

Ability to perform FSI calculations and feasibility studies

Experience in preparing approval drawings for municipal authorities

Software Skills

AutoCAD (Mandatory)

Knowledge of SketchUp / Lumion / 3D visualization tools will be an advantage

Qualification

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

COA Registration preferred

Additional Requirements

Practical exposure to redevelopment or multi-storey residential projects

Ability to handle planning, documentation, and coordination responsibilities independently
