Role Description

This is a full-time, located in Mumbai for a Project Architect witj 5-8yrs of experience. The Senior Project Architect will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception through completion. This includes creating detailed architectural designs, overseeing project documentation, coordinating with engineers and consultants, and ensuring that projects meet quality and sustainability standards. The role also involves performing site visits and managing submittals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Exeprience of Desinging Residential and commercial Architecture
• Experience with Submittals and use of Softwares AUTOCAD, ADOBE, REVIT, 3D visualisation, etc.
• Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Professional licensing and certification are a plus
• Experience in sustainable and energy-efficient design is highly desirable
