Project Lifecycle Support
• Support project activities from initiation to closure including project entry and documentation
• Manage BOM ordering, invoicing, and project closure processes
• Ensure all required documentation is complete and compliant with company policies
• Validate documents before system transactions
Data Management & Reporting
• Gather and summarize data to support order input and project tracking
• Generate usage reports from ERP systems on a regular basis
• Provide pricing and availability details for parts through system interfaces
• Maintain accurate project records and reports
Material Tracking & Operations Support
• Track materials, shipping, and receiving activities
• Perform expediting functions to fulfill back orders and minimize service delays
• Coordinate with planners and internal teams for material availability
• Ensure smooth execution of operational tasks
Invoice & Financial Coordination
• Generate and provide invoices as required
• Support finance processes related to project billing and closure
• Ensure alignment with financial and compliance policies
• Assist in resolving invoice-related queries
