Key Responsibilities
Order Management & Material Coordination
- Review material demand from engineering teams and validate requirements in the system.
- Check parts availability and coordinate with master data and ETO teams to activate required parts.
- Generate material demand and purchase requisitions in the system.
- Track material flow from requisition to goods receipt and ensure timely execution.
Operational Execution & Process Compliance
- Execute order management processes in line with SOPs and organizational guidelines.
- Perform administrative and operational tasks supporting global teams.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of system transactions and records.
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
- Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for internal customer queries related to assigned tasks.
- Communicate clearly with engineers, procurement, and supply chain stakeholders.
- Provide timely updates and ensure smooth coordination across teams.
Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify gaps and recommend process improvements to increase productivity.
- Support documentation of process enhancements and operational updates.
Reporting & Data Management
- Collect, validate, and summarize operational data for execution of tasks.
- Maintain tracking records for materials, procurement, and order status.
- Support reporting requirements for internal stakeholders.
Customer & Stakeholder Experience
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and timely resolution of operational requests.
- Maintain strong professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to improving overall customer satisfaction through efficient operations.
