Senior Manager- Investments (Change Management)
Candidate will support change management activities focused on process improvements and reporting accuracy within the Investments Performance Reporting team. This role is ideal for candidates eager to develop foundational skills in change management, lean methodologies, and investment performance monitoring
We will count on you to:
- Assist in driving change management initiatives to improve team workflows and reporting processes.
- Support the identification and elimination of inefficiencies using lean principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new tools, methodologies, and process improvements.
- Contribute to the preparation and quality control of investment performance reports, including asset allocation, risk analysis, and performance attribution.
- Help monitor the impact of change initiatives and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes and changes implemented.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to build change management and investment reporting skills.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to support adoption of changes.
- Issue resolution and root cause analysis, whilst assessing the wider employee or client impact and communicate within the team.
- Driving Process Improvement Initiatives and delivering results in line with Business Priorities
- Suggest and implement improvements to process and delivery to ensure productivity is maintained and efficiency met.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with clients and onshore stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand Marsh's scope of work with clients.
- Lead onshore, joint onshore-offshore projects, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery.
- Communicate and showcase best practices implemented at Marsh across various forums to promote knowledge sharing.
- Proactively address client escalations and queries, working closely with the Account Management team to ensure timely resolution and maintain strong client relationships.
What you need to have
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years experience overall
- Strong interest in change management, process improvement, and investment performance reporting.
- Demonstrated adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of investment performance concepts such as time-weighted returns (TWRR), attribution analysis, and risk metrics is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office; exposure to data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, VBA, Python) is advantageous.
- Strong expertise in investment performance measurement methodologies, risk analysis, and attribution techniques.
- Proven experience leading change management or process improvement initiatives using lean, Six Sigma, or agile frameworks.
