Job Description

We are a software development company looking to onboard independent consultants or deal brokers who can bring high-value international software projects.

This is a purely commission-based, performance-driven role, ideal for professionals with strong overseas client connections in the US, UK, Europe, Middle East, or APAC regions.

Role Summary

  • Source and close international software development projects
  • Act as a consultant / intermediary between client and delivery team
  • Handle initial discussions, requirement discovery, and deal closure
  • Work closely with our leadership team during pre-sales

Commission Structure (Example)

  • Minimum Project Size: USD 30,000+
  • Target Threshold: USD 30K
  • Earnings Structure:
  • Base commission up to the threshold
  • 100% of the deal value above the threshold is yours
  • No cap on earnings

(Final structure can be customized based on deal size and engagement model)
