Job Description

Responsibilities:

Understand the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its various stages

to effectively manage learning programs related to software development.

Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the

market, and leverage this knowledge to enhance our learning offerings.

Deep understanding of program management methodologies and best practices

to ensure successful program execution, including setting objectives, establishing

timelines, and managing resources.

Design and develop comprehensive learning paths that cater to different roles

and skill levels within our organization.

Multitask effectively to manage multiple learning programs simultaneously,

ensuring timely completion and quality deliverables.

Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively

convey complex information and engage stakeholders at various levels.

Foster a culture of collaboration by working closely with cross-functional teams,

including learning designers, subject matter experts, and project managers, to

ensure successful program implementation.

Familiarity with Scrum ceremonies and agile methodologies to support the

implementation of learning programs within an agile framework.

Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify

potential challenges and provide innovative solutions.

Requirements: 1-2yrs Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Proven experience as a Program Manager, preferably in the learning and

development domain.

In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its

various stages.

Familiarity with current technology trends and advancements in the market.

Strong understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and best

practices.

Experience in designing and implementing learning paths or curricula.

Excellent multitasking and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize

and meet deadlines.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies is a plus.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
